Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. Orders are confirmed once payment is received (for card payments) or once you’ve chosen cash on delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any order already placed will honor the price at time of purchase.
Custom requests and quotes
Custom project quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may change after a full assessment. A confirmed quote is valid for the period stated at the time it is issued.
Downloadable products
Digital files (such as STL files) purchased through the shop are licensed for your own use and are non-refundable once downloaded, except where the file is defective or does not match its listing.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, order volume, and product customization. We’ll keep you informed of any changes to expected delivery dates.
Cancellations and returns
Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of production. Physical products may be eligible for return if defective or damaged on arrival — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
